Tradabets Affiliate Marketing Program Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

3.2 Compliance:

You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
You must not engage in any activities that could damage the reputation of Tradabets.
3.3 Marketing Materials:

You may use the marketing materials provided by Tradabets or create your own, provided they are accurate, truthful, and comply with these Terms.
You must not use any trademarks or logos of Tradabets without prior written consent.
4. Commission Structure

4.1 Commission rates and payment schedules will be outlined in a separate agreement between you and Tradabets.

4.2 Commissions are typically earned on: * Successful referrals who register and meet specific criteria (e.g., first deposit, successful bet).

4.3 Tradabets reserves the right to modify the commission structure at any time.

5. Tracking and Reporting

5.1 Tradabets will provide you with access to a tracking platform to monitor your referrals and earnings.

5.2 Tradabets will use reasonable efforts to track referrals accurately, but assumes no liability for any discrepancies or errors in tracking data.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All intellectual property rights related to the Program, including trademarks, logos, and marketing materials, belong to Tradabets or its licensors.

7. Termination

7.1 Tradabets may terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice.

7.2 Tradabets may immediately terminate your participation in the Program if you:

Violate these Terms.
Engage in fraudulent activities.
Damage the reputation of Tradabets.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties

8.1 THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A1 PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
